In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), TRAIDERS TECHNOLOGY SL (hereinafter, 'TRAIDERS') informs that it is the owner of the website: https://traiders.io. In accordance with the requirements of article 10 of the aforementioned Law, TRAIDERS informs of the following data:

| MAIN PURPOSE | Traiders is a trading platform designed to allow users to create and automate trading strategies without the need for advanced programming skills. The main feature of Traiders is an AI assistant that allows users to easily set up automations, including strategy creation and backtesting execution. This assistant is designed to perform multiple tasks, such as answering questions, executing specific instructions, testing strategies, and providing real-time recommendations. It works both reactively to respond to queries about financial indicators and trading-related information, and proactively to send relevant recommendations and updates. It integrates with different systems, offering an easy-to-use interface and supporting multiple data sources. |
II.- USER AND RESPONSIBILITY REGIME
Browsing, access and use of the Traiders platform confers the condition of User, by which, from browsing the Traiders platform, all the conditions of use established herein are accepted, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding regulations of mandatory legal compliance.
Traiders platform provides information and services for those who request it. The user assumes responsibility for the correct use of Traiders. This responsibility shall extend to:
- The truthfulness and legality of the information provided by the user in the forms provided by Traiders for access to certain content or services offered by TRAIDERS.
- The use of the information, services and data offered by TRAIDERS contrary to the provisions of these conditions, the law, morality, good customs or public order, or that in any other way may infringe the rights of third parties or the operation of the website.
III.- LINKS POLICY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
TRAIDERS is not responsible for the content of the websites that the user may access through the links established on its website and declares that under no circumstances will it examine or exercise any type of control over the content of other websites. Likewise, it does not guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, veracity, validity or legality of sites outside its property which can be accessed through the links.

TRAIDERS reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the content of its website. By virtue of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of TRAIDERS, are expressly prohibited.
The user undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by TRAIDERS. The user may view the elements of the website and even print, copy and store them on the hard disk of his/her computer or on any other physical medium, if this is solely and exclusively for his/her personal and private use. The user must refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the Traiders pages.
VI.- ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Traiders uses AI as a service to customers and also to users, to improve their web experience through an agent that answers queries in real time.
Users are informed that they may be interacting with an automated system and have the possibility to request human intervention if necessary.
It is guaranteed that Traiders complies with the requirements of transparency, explainability and absence of bias, established by the EU's AI Regulation.
VII.- SECURITY CERTIFICATE (Let's Encrypt)
The CERTIFICATE provides authentication, privacy and security of information between Traiders and the user.
Traiders has a security certificate which is used by Let's Encrypt to make secure connections to Traiders.
In this process several parameters are set to make the connection secure, and it is established using pre-established keys, encrypting and decrypting all data sent until the connection is closed.
VIII.- LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
TRAIDERS also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents, or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
